• Experience reviewing technical program submittals and ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies, regulations, and program requirements.
• Proficiency with eSP or similar workflow/processing systems, including intake, triage, troubleshooting, and database maintenance.
• Experience supporting system enhancements through testing, issue analysis, and workflow evaluation.
• Experience providing sensitive and detailed program information, and direction to the public, employees, or clients.
• Experience with writing guidelines, experience preparing correspondence and other forms of written communication.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and database management.
