To facilitate the successful reintegration of the individuals in our care back to their communities equipped with the tools to be drug-free, healthy, and employable members of society by providing education, treatment, rehabilitative, and restorative justice programs, all in a safe and humane environment.

Incumbents establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within the department, other governmental agencies, health care partners, and communities.
This position is located in the Health and Imaging Records Center, Medical Services. This program is tasked with modernizing the way health records are created, delivered, and stored throughout California's correctional health care system in order to improve and enhance patient care.
Management develops and implements staffing models, policies, procedures, and training tools for health records employees. Staff ensures that integrity of patient health records is maintained within the Health Record Center.
