Job Description and Duties

The Division of Safety and Management Services is seeking a highly talented, motivated, and organized individual to join our Office of Health and Safety, Workplace Violence Investigatory Team.


The Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will independently perform State-wide Workplace Violence investigations in a confidential manner. Additionally, the AGPA will provide technical expertise regarding the Workplace Violence Prevention Program to all employees, including supervisors, managers, and executive staff.

Working Conditions

Position located in Sacramento, CA with Office of Health and Safety, Workplace Violence Investigatory Team.

Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, adjust to changing priorities, and work under pressure.  Daily use of the personal computer and related software application at a workstation, and use of office machinery.  Travel up to 50% is required and may include field work.
