As a Office Aid (Office Technician) you will have the opportunity to:
Type, format, file, and independently prepares routine correspondence, form letters, legal notices, memoranda, and other documents and ensure completeness and proper document format
Compliance with Departmental or preferred guidelines with respect to format, grammar, punctuation, and filing requirements
Enter, maintain, post, track, and update staff assignment information, rulemaking-related
documents, and other information in or on the Department’s and OLC’s database and tracking systems, including the Department’s internal and external websites, SharePoint, and EnviroStor
Desirable Qualifications We Look For:
Experience in typing and clerical work
Experience with a filing system
Customer Service Experience
Experience with legal documentation
Experience working as a team
Experience supporting a group of staff
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

A telework flexibility schedule may be available for this position. The position is headquartered in Downtown Sacramento, CA, however, remote centered telework shall be optional throughout the State of California.
