• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT hardware/software and services acquisitions
• Background and knowledge of IT leveraged procurement Agreements, such as: Master Service Agreements (MSA) and California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS)
• Familiarity with IT Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs)
• Understanding of the Microsoft O365 suite of services
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure and Dynamics
• Skill and experience utilizing emerging technologies
• Understanding and experience with writing requirements in support of IT acquisitions
• Ability to multi-task
• Understanding of Departmental IT contracting goals and objectives
