  $338,712 - $406,992 – Board Certified
$330,024 - $395,520 – Board Eligible
*Depending on Experience – be sure to discuss Hire Above Minimum (HAM) options with your Hiring Analyst*

Psychiatrists providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive:
  $382,884 - $460,075 – Board Certified
$373,068 - $447,108 – Board Eligible

Restructured Recruitment and Retention Bonus
Recruitment and Retention Bonus available for clinicians newly hired with CCHCS has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for every year of service (years 1-7).

Future Salary Increases
In addition to this fiscal year’s increase to salaries, psychiatrists will also receive an additional 2.5% general salary increase July 2024.

Special Requirements

Candidates new to CCHCS are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to appointment followed by department annual TB testing/evaluation thereafter.
