THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE. THE AMOUNT OF TELEWORK IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DEPARTMENT AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS BUSINESS NEEDS ARISE.

AGPA:  Under direction of the Automated Systems Liaison Unit (ASLU) Manager, the AGPA works with the Information Technology Branch to meet the technological and resource needs of Disability Insurance Branch(DIB) employees. The AGPA will perform the more complex duties of a subject matter expert (SME) for DIB automated systems. Under direction from the unit manager, the analyst reviews and approves Service Requests (SRs) received in the Information Technology Service Catalog, provisions users in DIB applications and provide hardware to a hybrid workforce of DIB users statewide. The analyst will act as the Branch SharePoint lead by managing DIB's SharePoint sites, permissions and technical assistance.  The analyst will develop business need proposals and new data requests to make DIB more efficient and cost effective and to improve customer service.

Background Investigation Requirement
