Please include a 1-3 page, 12 point Arial font, SOQ that describes your experience as it relates to this position/Duty Statement, the Classification Specifications, Minimum Qualifications, and the following specific items:
1) Completion of reports, in accordance with 36 CFR 800 or related programmatic agreements, in support of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents, or similar reports in support of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents
2) Establishment of the Area of Potential Effects (APE) for Section 106 undertakings
3) Identification and/or evaluation of resources, in accordance with 36 CFR 800, through pedestrian survey and research
4) Consideration of established eligibility criteria and aspects of integrity when evaluating resources for NRHP eligibility
5) Application of Secretary of Interiors Standards for rehabilitation, and in particular of built environment and/or landscapes
6) Avoidance, minimization, or mitigation of adverse effects to NRHP eligible resources
7) Monitoring of project construction, when concerns regarding possible effects to resources have been identified
8) Working with high-level management, both external and internal to employer
9) Planning and/or organizing the work of a professional staff
