Job Description and Duties

The California Conservation Corps’ Communications, Outreach, Recruitment, & Enrollment (CORE) unit thrives on data-driven decision making. The Marketing & Recruitment Analyst plays a critical role in researching, analyzing, and providing clear data visualization for the entire CORE team.

The analyst will dive into CORE’s Salesforce system, monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing recruitment results and activities. This data and analysis will inform CORE’s marketing strategies and priorities to improve smooth enrollment into the CCC program.

This position will help lead CORE’s digital stakeholder outreach using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and developing reports, collaborating with colleagues on content, and delivering monthly reports. The analyst will also work on the CCC’s website and social media analytics, monitoring trends and making recommendations for improved performance.

Working Conditions

This position is classified as “Hybrid” and is currently eligible for up to three days of telework per week, with a minimum of two days of in-office work.

The reporting location for this position is at CCC HQ located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816.

Career Consultation
California Conservation Corps is excited to take part in the first agency-wide collaborative physical career center. The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building. Services provided include one-on-one career consultations, application/resume review, career guidance, mock interviews, and tips for applying.
