• Participating in formal reviews of healthcare facilities and preparing clear and concise written reports.
• Evaluating healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws.
• Investigating complex complaints and detecting deficiencies in care within healthcare facilities, home, or community-based settings.
• Supervising, training, and/or consulting with personnel who perform onsite evaluations, audits, investigations, and/or surveys of healthcare facilities or providers.
• Providing administrative oversight such as establishing and maintaining priorities, performing quality control review, and addressing problems to improve program functioning.
