In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office software
- Strong working knowledge of databases, organizational software/tools, and general information technology
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Visio
- Ability to work with other managers and the Deputy Commissioner
- Communicates ideas clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner
- Performs, analyzes, and documents research
- Identifies problems and pinpoints central issues
- Analyzes data and presents information and ideas effectively
- Develops and maintains cooperative working relationships
