- Experience executing contracts or procurements, and contract management.
- Experience processing Procurement Contract and Purchase Orders using FI$Cal or similar financial and procurement systems.
- Knowledge of State Contracting laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, including the State Contracting Manuals and the State Administrative Manual.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, management, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying contract/procurement policies, regulations, and procedures to complex contracting situations.
- Knowledge of State accounting, budgeting, and fiscal processes related to procurement and contract administration.
