Experience in employee recruitment efforts, including outreach.
Ability to facilitate meetings with executive management and prepare reports.
Ability to support businesses that meet certification criteria's by providing outreach, education, and guidance on certification processes and bidding for contracts or services.
Abiltiy to ensure the district responds to and complies with requests submitted under the California Public Records Act or via court ordered subpoena.
Ability to support of the department's Strategic Plan and equity standards by creating conditions in which employees can perform at their professional best.
