Patton State Hospital, Human Resources Department, is accepting applications for at least one (1) Permanent, Full-Time Analyst II – My Activity Plan and Participation (MAPP) Specialist position within the Enhancement Services Department. May also consider a highly qualified Analyst I. The incumbent works under the general direction of the Program Assistant. Scheduled work hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and are subject to change based on operational needs.
The MaPP Specialist will provide analytical support in a centralized treatment services environment, with an emphasis on treatment data, roster management, and patient enrollment. The incumbent will work collaboratively with clinical programs, treatment teams, and Psychiatric Technician MaPP Specialists to collect, track, analyze, and report treatment-related information; maintain treatment rosters and course information; and support the coordination of patient treatment services.
The successful candidate should possess knowledge of the principles and practices of public and business administration, management analysis, and governmental functions and organization. The incumbent must be able to analyze information, identify and evaluate alternatives, communicate findings effectively, and establish cooperative working relationships. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook are highly desirable.
