In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
• Independently reviews and evaluates complex applications or documents for completeness, accuracy, sufficiency, and/or compliance with State and Federal requirements.
• Interprets and applies statutes, regulations, public policy, and departmental procedures to varied and complex situations.
• Conducts moderately complex research using departmental databases to validate provider information, assess compliance risk, and support regulatory determinations.
• Communicates effectively in writing and verbally, preparing clear, accurate, and professional correspondence to providers, stakeholders, district offices, and state/federal agencies.
