Join Our Team as a Analyst I/II: Enhance Onboarding and Optimize ICC Operations!
Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping teams succeed in a fast-paced service environment? The Disability Insurance (DI) Branch is seeking a results-driven Analyst I/II in the Onboarding and Skilling Unit within the DI Command Center Division.
In this critical role, you will perform the duties of an analyst who is responsible for staff onboarding, staffing modifications, and ICC platform updates, ensuring new agents are fully prepared and systems are configured to support operational goals. You will collaborate with internal and external partners, including IT teams and DI Customer Service Centers, to troubleshoot issues, streamline onboarding processes, and implement technological enhancements.
In this role, you and your team will perform data analysis, develop operational reports, and provide actionable insights to support timely and accurate staffing and onboarding decisions. This role offers the opportunity to influence system configuration, process improvements, and operational readiness across the DI organization.

This position is headquartered in the Central Office in Sacramento. Will consider candidates who are located throughout the State of California. This position allows for a hybrid telework schedule, which is subject to change, under EDD's telework policy. California Government Code Section 14200 requires employees to reside in California to telework. Employees are required to report to their headquarters office, for their in-office days. Employees may be assigned to report to another DI office closer to their California residence. Travel expenses to and from the assigned headquarters/office are the responsibility of the employee.
Position located at 1416 9th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The headquarters is located in downtown Sacramento, near light rail; with multiple field office locations across the state of California.
Effective July 1, 2025, specific Bargaining Units and associated Excluded State employees are subject to a salary reduction between 2% - 4.62% in exchange for hours in the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) per month.
